dining chaos outdated equipment

My experience WAS hampered by a couple of issues. the dining area felt chaotic, especially during peak hours! finding a clean table was often a challenge. ALSO, the noise level made it difficult to relax and enjoy meals. the gym equipment seemed dated. Some machines were out of service. i think that the hotel should address these maintenance concerns promptly.

mixed feelings about this stay

small room limited replenishment

the water park offered great entertainment for both children and adults.

I found the room quite small, lacking sufficient space to store our belongings. We had to keep clothes in suitcases. cleanliness left something to be desired, especially the floors, they definitely needed more attention. furthermore, i noticed limited replenishment of bottled water, i expected a higher standard for a resort of this supposed calibre.
